Windows

What types of windows do we install?

At Countrywide Windows Ltd, we install a wide range of high-quality windows designed to protect your home from the elements and reduce noise. All our windows are “A” rated with a U-value of 1, ensuring excellent insulation and warmth. We specialise in double glazing and triple glazing, providing expert advice and a personalised service across Cork and Munster.

What are the benefits of Double Glazed Windows?

There are many benefits of Double Glazed Windows, including:

• Warmth: The insulation provided will save on your fuel bills. Double glazing will keep the heat in and the cold out.
• Sound: The external noise will be reduced and if you need additional sound proofing we have Triple Glazing.
• Security: All windows are internally beaded and fitted with espag locks.
• Style: We have a wide range to suit all homes.

The benefit of new windows can be felt immediately. No more drafts.

Window Grants (Unfortunately As Of 2019 This Grant Is Finished)

There are Grants available from the Home Renovation Incentive Scheme.

The work must cost a minimum of €5,000 (including VAT) which will attract a credit of €595. Where the cost of the work exceeds €30,000 (excluding VAT), a maximum credit of €4,050 will apply. This credit is payable over the two years following the year in which the work is carried out.
